We provide criminal background checks as per our client’s desires. Only applicants with a clean criminal record are considered suitable for jobs. The candidates with a criminal history are blacklisted from our database.

Client Standards

We recruit candidates under all the parameters & GMPs set forth by our clients. We also conduct orientations and training sessions according to the principles set by the client.

Transportation

We have a dedicated van service with drivers for the transportation of our employees. Our transportation comes in at no cost to the client.

Punctuality

Due to our transportation facility along with experienced and reliable work force we ensure the punctuality of our workers. Our drivers are instructed to drop employees off at the job site 15 minutes before start time of the shift, leaving no room for them to be late.

24/7 Phone service

Our team is trained to respond quickly and promptly to all queries of our customers. Our customers have the advantage of being in communication with us at all times.

Additional Requirement

Requests for additional staff are always welcome. We have the ability to fulfill requirements of this kind on short notices.

Replacement

If an employee is being lazy, non-cooperative then we need to be informed and a replacement will be made immediately after the communication is received. The client will not be charged for the number of hours worked by the non-cooperative replaced employee.

Flexibility

We are flexible towards any increase/decrease of the workforce which may vary all according to our customer’s needs.

Permanent Hiring

We accept permanent provisions by our clients for any employee suitable after the completion of 480 hours or 3 months (whichever comes first).

Project Manager Program

We assign an experienced project coordinator for the supervision of the employees being provided to our client at no additional expense. We increase the number of coordinators according to the number of employees being requested. Our coordinators constantly remain in touch with the clients.

We Cover

Taxation

All government liabilities e.g. EI (employment insurance), CPP (Canada
pension plan), WSIB (workplace safety and insurance board), Health tax, etc. will be covered by us.

Statutory Holidays

Statutory holiday payment will be made by us and will be included in our quotation.

Vacation Pay

4% vacation pay is paid to all employees based on the number of hours worked.

Payroll Expenses

Incurring expenditure to execute the payroll is borne by us.
